A. Provide employment to individuals with
Mental Retardation and other Developmental Disabilities in the following areas:
Industrial and Commercial Services
* Product Assembly and Packing
* Product Assembly and / or Rework
* Plastic Packaging
* Sorting and Collating
* Industrial, Commercial and Private Landscaping
* Industrial On-Site Enclave Stations

Q. Where do you get your monies?
A. Revenues are generated from contracts with the City (Parks & Recreation Dept.)
State (Texas Department of Transportation / TxDOT,).

Q. Are you City or State Employees?
A. No

Q. Who owns the Company?
A. There is no ownership; it has a Board of Directors

Q. Do you work for the City or the State?
A. No. We are a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) not profit Corporation, that sub-contracts with the City & State

Q. Do you provide benefits?
A. Yes

Q. Will you get me another job?
A. No, we are the employer, but we will encourage too find employment elsewhere.

Q. Who will be my Boss?
A. It all depends. There are three different departments:
City Department
State Department
Assembly Department

Q. Which one will I go too?
A. It will depend on your skills and vacancies.

Q. If I have work for you, who do I contact?
A. Call (915) 779-6431 and you will be referred to the right department.

Q. How much do you charge per hour?
A. It all depends on what type of work that needs to be done.

Q. Do you pickup and deliver?
A. Yes it will be part of you quote.

Q. Do you have a list of Companies that you have done work for as a Reference?
A. Yes.

Q. How much do you pay employees?
A. That depends on what task you are hired for.

Q. Do you have polices and procedures?
A. Yes, it is an important part of our organization.

Q. Do you have safety training or programs?
A. Yes, we frequently conduct training for our staff to ensure all safety precautions are
always taken.
